Return & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from Gen Z Shop, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return & exchange policy

At Gen Z Shop, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective products — items that are visibly damaged, misprinted, or materially different from what was ordered. All return and exchange requests are subject to the following strict conditions:

✅ When return / exchange is accepted

The product is defective — damaged, misprinted, or clearly different from the ordered item.
The defect is reported in front of the delivery person, before they leave.
Item is unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Exchange is for the same product in a different size or color (subject to availability).

🚚 Delivery charge on exchange

If a defective product exchange is requested after the delivery person has left, the customer must bear the full two-way delivery charge. Gen Z Shop will not cover any shipping cost for post-delivery exchange requests.

Customer responsibility upon delivery

We strongly advise all customers to follow these steps when receiving their order to identify any defective products immediately:

Open and inspect the package while the delivery person is still present.

Check the product carefully for any defects — including damage, misprinting, wrong item, or visible quality issues.

If a defective product is found, inform the delivery person immediately and do not accept the parcel.

Once the delivery person leaves and the parcel is accepted, it is considered that the customer has verified and approved the product condition.

Refund policy

No refunds after delivery

Gen Z Shop operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a product has been delivered and accepted by the customer, no refund will be issued under any circumstances — including change of mind, size dissatisfaction, or color preference. Refunds are not available even for defective products; eligible defective items will be exchanged only.

All sales are considered final upon delivery. We encourage customers to carefully review the size chart, color options, and product description before placing an order.

Non-returnable & non-refundable conditions

Product is not defective — returns due to change of mind, wrong size selected, or color preference are not accepted.
Product has been washed, worn, or altered after delivery.
Original tags, labels, or packaging have been removed.
The defect or issue is reported after the delivery person has left.
Damage caused by the customer after delivery.

Consumer rights — Bangladesh

Gen Z Shop acknowledges and respects the consumer protection framework in Bangladesh. Under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 (ভোক্তা অধিকার সংরক্ষণ আইন ২০০৯), customers are protected against:

🛡 Receiving a damaged, misprinted, or counterfeit product.
🛡 Misleading product descriptions, false measurement, or pricing fraud.
